Is it possible that we are only looking for a clear, concise description
of the problem? As technicians we should all speak the same language,
just like any profession does. The general public may not understand
us, but we should be able to understand each other. It is more
difficult when we are typing words into a computer, though. Speaking
the English language is MUCH easier that typing or writing it. When we
speak the other person can quickly ask questions, whereas the written
word takes a lot more time to be concise and understandable.
