Mine (just for me)was $315.00 a month thru my wife's job.
I called Humana and now. They quoted me about $169.00 a month for a PPO with
good coverage. I opted for a few riders that gave me Rx for 20.00 and a 20.00
Dr. office copay. That made it about $199.00. I'm 48.
