I've been buying from ASTI for years and for years we have talked to Henry
about "Joe". I've always had my concerns taken care of but not by "Joe". I
even went so far as to call Henry Yesterday and fax him a couple of our
threads from here so maybe he can see what "Joe" is doing to his business. I
must admit I do not buy very much from them anymore. We found the same
problems with Mitsibishi flybacks not fitting on chassis and we were given
the run around.
What is happening to American Business??

This is an excellent point. I did just that when I bought a Sony DVD pickup
from them and it came in as a used part, then they sent me another used part
to replace it. I told Henry that I would post the experience to this list
and he immediately issued me credit for the bad parts + $20 to cover the
shipping and my trouble.

This list may be good leverage with vendors. I suggest we use it as such.
