Maybe they should be informed that their bad attitude is being shared with a
thousand or more techs around North America. These smart  @*S  guys who
haven't spent time in the field or have gotten out because they couldn't cut
is as techs really frost my butt. You tell them the part doesn't fit or work
and from their desk they say " Well my screen says it's the right part. You
are the only one having problems to my knowledge." What a load of crap ! You
pull a laser off the shelf that has been there for 6 months and you take it
out of the box to have the lens fall out into your hand. Try calling them
back and explaining that one ! $45.00  in the crapper. Sorry guys. I guess
this isn't the chat area.
