Ibrahim, I'm first going to try to update firmware by checking what's on offer for me ... I am not thinking of unbranding at this stage, or perhaps not at all. I think it can be risky and, as my phone is already faster with this version of Talks, it's no real big deal if I have to stay where I am, though I'd like to improve things if possible. Thanks though for your additional info. I'll keep it just in case I change my mind. Who knows, if something doesn't work OK I might just do that. -- Carol carol.pearson29@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx ---- Original Message ---- From: Ibrahim Gucukoglu To: talks-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Wednesday, March 18, 2009 5:06 PM Subject: [talks-uk] Re: Firmware Update > Hi Carol. > > If you want to go down the unbranding route, I suggest you ask around > in your local town centre or high street, there may be a mobile > dealer who can do this service for you, though expect to pay around > 20 to 35 pounds for this to be done.
