Can you give us a little more information such as the risetime of? What equipment do you have? Most people today with the modern scopes connect the signal of interest to their scope and push the button called risetime. The answer pops up on the screen. The user gets to set some conditions such as measuring from the 10 to 90% points on the curve or 20 to 80%. The biggest concern in these measurements is to connect the DUT to the scope without adding a lot of parasitic inductance.
