Has anyone on the list had a chance to check out the UltraCad book mentioned 
below, "Signal Integrity Issues in PCB Design"?  I'd be interested in reviews.

We'd simply like to make the plug that UltraCAD would LOVE to have the 
opportunity to quote some of the boards the rest of you need designed. The 
fact that we know how to do high speed designs we hope is evident from our 
publications!
