Praveen, Serpentine traces should be treated as any other traces when routed next to an adjacent wire, even if that adjacent wire is the same net. If the route is carrying high frequency signals more space will be needed to isolate it. This is the same rule of thumb that is used for two adjacent nets routed side by side. If possible round the corners of the serpentine to avoid the impedance discontinuity of the corner. Try looking at stripline vs microstrip vs coplanar stripline vs coplanar microstrip.
