Hi Joy,
you can use the following syntax in your Spice input file ".sp"
.model sp_model S TSTONEFILE = '../includes/tline/150mm_single.s2p'
S_1 IO_1_PIN IO_1_CN 0 mname=sp_model
S_2 IO_2_PIN IO_2_CN 0 mname=sp_model
S_3 IO_3_PIN IO_3_CN 0 mname=sp_model
S_4 IO_4_PIN IO_4_CN 0 mname=sp_model
.probe
+ V(IO_1_CN) V(IO_2_CN) V(IO_3_CN) V(IO_4_CN)
