Someone wrote that we can't have the ballots faxed back.
Could we fax ballots to our Canadian members, have them put in signed,
sealed envelopes. Maybe they would be willing to pay a little extra postage
back to get them here on time? They would still be secret and we might have
time to do that.

I agree Patty. We, USA, go up to Can. every year and capture most of the
top wins and titles and we can't even get ballots to them for our National.
