[ SHOWGSD-L ] Whites

Ok, here's my problem.......from what I read in the history books of GSD's, the
founder did not like any solid colors. But we accept blacks......black dogs I
mean.
If we don't accept white, should we be accepting blacks? Dilutes to me are a
different issue, and should be DQ'd period. But white dogs, well, some of you
have judged them, Evan among others. And I will be judging them in
September.......I am honored to have been asked.
Personally I would like to see white dogs in our ring, since we do have black
dogs, and the dilutes to still be a DQ.
Because the motion would allow dilutes in, I have to vote the motion down. But
I really think we need to continue to discuss the white dog issue as its own
issue.
