Sandy,
I am the 2nd of 5 kids in just over 6 years. It almost killed Mom! We
have the choice about pregnancies...........the more bitches don't. I have
had emails about bitches that just LOVED having pups and taking care of
them. My girls LOVE their babies too! BUT, for instances..........Faith was
the EASY breeder...................loved the pups, nursed 7 of them till 10
weeks. I went against my 3 litter rule and tried to breed her just one more
time. I went thru HELL getting her bred. This is the bitch that would keep
herself in standing season forever just to be bred a couple more times!
Couldn't for the life of me figure out WHY she didn't want to be
bred!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well, she had 2 pups and had to have them by c section.
Her poor insides were just terrible,and she had cystic ovaries. She KNEW she
didn't need any more pups. I felt SO bad for her! We lost those pups and I
sat with her as she wailed over them. Mo
