[ SHOWGSD-L ] Lupoid Syndrome in Dogs

Hi,
One of the Rescues that I placed about 4-5 yrs ago has come up with
this..Lupoid Syndrome. It is apparently a form of Lupus, and the dogs toe
nails are falling out and has very sore feet. The vet that he got the
diagnosis from said that the dog is lacking in Vit. B's and Niacin. They are
supplementing that now, but does anyone know of the prognosis and if the dog
will be OK? She has always been a super healthy dog for them and they are
going to try everything and anything to help her.
