I'm sure Doris will remember back when the Redbook was started in the early
70s. Cappy and Gloria were in charge. It was very helpful in the beginning
but as more emphasis got placed on having a dog in "The Red Book", the
questionnaires and write-ups were not quite as honest as they had been in the
beginning. Finally, the questionnaires were done away with. The Red Book has
now evolved into being something of a yearbook. It shows our Futurity winners,
ROM dogs, AOE dogs, WDA activities, etc. It's a good book to have on your
bookshelf.
