As with any other "tool," used correctly in the right conditions, Flexis allow dogs to get just that extra exercise that brings them home tired and happy. Using them at a dog show or a crowded park is insane. Using them walking around a 5 acre piece of unfenced property lets the dog move 2-3 times as much as the person does. And since I haven't brought my running back up to speed this year, it is helpful. It goes again to "Responsible USE of a TOOL."
