You are either honest or you are not. You either have integrity, and just
JUDGE DOGS,
or you do not. Just because people have known each other and even
socialize with each other
outside of shows..does not make them inherently dishonest or cause a
conflict.
There are rules, there are guidelines..some follow them, some dont.
"Avoid the appearance of impropriety at all times"
Some get it, some don't care.
We stay away from the latter.
Simple enough.
