Was she, perhaps, speaking of Board members and officers? No, I don't know...
just know that DELEGATES pay out of their club's pocket and sometimes their own.

NO THAT IS NOT TRUE!!!!!!!
Delegates get NO pay. If they are lucky the club they represent will
reimburse them for expenses to attend the 4 meetings a year.
Where on earth did that rumor get started?
