I don't know, but would sure would like to know, and as one of the BOARD
members asked me, why is the gsdca spending over $10,000/ quaterly meeting;
when it could be done by Conference call

Jumping in before Viv does :-).
Keeping "delegates" and Board members and officers straight. The Delegates are
those sent from the clubs. Unless we pay Carmen, I don't think any of the
delegates get paid through their clubs.
Now I don't know how much he gets paid as a Board member, or expense pads or
for presentations. But that would be as a BOARD members.
GEEESH! GSDCA doesn't pay him to be a delegate, do we????
