I remember back in the 80s Dave Rinke had a dog (was it Questor???) that lost a tooth accidently. Apparently there were rumors about him so Dave took out an ad in the review showing the dog winning before the tooth was lost (there was a date on the win placard) and next to it a photo of the dog sans tooth.
