Sorry, didn't mean to put a tone to it, was just using caps as an empahsis
wasn't intended as shouting. Sorry, I guess I didn't say it clearly - A judge
should NOT be allowed to consider a letter of explanation for a fault or DQ
unless the standard or AKC rules are changed to allow reasonable explanations.
