I personally don't care if they import (legally) all the "saved" dogs they
can. But then don't say we have to spay/neuter (even microchip) our animals,
because of the "over-population" of dogs in this country. It's almost
schizophrenic.
We "need" more dogs because there aren't enough for those who want them, yet
we have to stop breeding because there are too many dogs. HUH???
