I suggested last year progeny groups with teams. even novice people with pets could enter just to show their animal in the progeny group to give on lookers and idea of what your kennel is producing. Stud dog owners or breeders could have displays, meet some of their dogs in person.Advertise the event. Most people, even pet people are proud of their dogs, and opportunity to be included in a progeny group would probably be something Hi Christine, We did try the stud dog/brood bitch presentation at each Futurity one year with their progeny and the progeny did not have to be entered. It is still on the rule books if any club decides they want to include that. I think most clubs felt it made the day too long. At any rate, that was the only year clubs did it. I thought it would be a good idea to give breeders in the region an idea of what local dogs were producing. The stud dogs/brood bitches had to be from the region.
