Bonnie.......you should have asked that question a while ago.....not 2 weeks
before you want to go to Canada....lol. We are lucky here in Michigan........to
travel to Canada by land all we need is an enhanced driver's license and that
takes at least 2 weeks to get. Hope you get everything in order in time and do
not forget the necessary papers for each dog that you might be taking....you
never know about the officers at the border. They can be really strict or in
one case....I sold a puppy to a lady in Canada two years ago. She drove here to
get her.....I took her to the vet for a health certificate....rabies shot and
all that and the officer at the border did not even care....he knew that the
puppy was in the van but said that the records were not necessary for him to
see.
