The Holiday Inn, Kitchener usually does not accept dogs on their property.
In the case of our show they will accept our dogs. We have 80 rooms blocked
off at the hotel for those attending our show. I guess if you call it might
be possible to get someone new on the front desk who is not aware of our
arrangements. If this happens ask to speak to a manager and it will be
straightened out.
The hotel can't guarantee ground floor access, there are only a certain
number of rooms with ground floor drive up access. They will try to
accomodate everyone that they can, but you may end up with a second floor
room.
