...........The Canadian National was in the Vancouver area 10 years ago....just
a few weeks after the US was attacked on Sept, 11, 2001....Cappy and the late
great Dick Whalen were the judges....the experience of the Canadian National
just a few weeks after one of the greatest tragedies on US soil was very
calming on my sole. How fitting that on the tenth anniversary of "9-11" the
Canadian National has returned to Vancouver. Don't know how many of you know
this but the Canadians were outstanding in their assistance to thousands of
American travelers who were stuck in Canada due to ALL US flights being
canceled...We should have a National Holiday in this country called Canada
Day.....a truly great country...my favorite city in all the world is
Vancouver.....I'll be depressed in a few weeks because I will NOT be at the
Canadian National with my Canadian family....have a wonderful show "ah"...Ed
Hill...is there a gag rule in Canada...lol...
