Different lenses, as the Planar on the Hasselblad is a distinct design from the Planar used on the Rolleiflex TLR.

The Biometar is a development of the original six-element symmetrical Planar. The work was began by Hans Sauer but, when he left Jena for Oberkochen, the folks at Jena completed his design, while Sauer completed his work at Jena. The East German CZJ was not permitted the use of many Zeiss trademarks such as Planar and Distagon, and so they developed unique names for their similar designs such as Biometar and Flektogon.
