[rollei_list] 2.8F opton?

Here is an odd one. A 2.8F Opton on a camera that looks like a late 60s body. The guy thinks it might be a military issue but what would be the reason for wanting a 2.8F with a Zeiss Opton vs Planar or Xenotar?
