I heard several people mention an app that shows aircraft in the area during a
launch. I’m curious about the current state of his kind of technology. Do
small non-commercial aircraft and perhaps military aircraft have transmitters
can be seen on these apps?
What are people using now for this?
Also, I noticed that you can be at the far pads and hear aircraft in the
vicinity that are not heard at the LCO. There are monitors that are pretty
sensitive now and this might be a good way to have direct communication with
the far pads as well. Worth a try?
