ah what proof does anyone have that putting in a stop light that we can all
use has taken funds away from sidewalks, or any other city provided
servicess?
So is saving a few bucks for the so called more importent city servicess
werth the price we might have to pay.
Given the tragic loss of life not only in kc, but what about people that
are struck each year because they are confused about a stop light.
Not just The blind, I am talking about everybody.
Even sited persons have said that the stop lights that make some kind of
sound are helpful.
Frankly what price do you put on a life?
