My favorite one is the one I'm using now.
It is as full-size as any desktop keyboard, and it has bunches of buttons
above the F-Keys that I've never used except for the volume up and down
rocker, that is quite handy.
This is not bluetooth though, it is RF, and there is a USB transmitter, and
I hope it never dies.
It is a Logitech, it takes two double A batteries and they last for a year
or two of constant daily use.

There are a few wireless ones out there. In fact we are testing a Korea one
I will let you know when it comes on the market.

I presently use a slightly reduced sized qwerty keyboard. Mainly, it
integrates the arrow and function keys into the main qwerty block, puts
home, end, PageUp/Down on the Fn fuction of the arrow keys, and ditches the
numpad... it has a bit of dead weight in that it has a touchpad and mouse
buttons, but is maybe 2/3 or 3/4 the size of a full keyboard and is as
comfortable for 8 finger touch typing with my big hands as a full keyboard.
All that said, I wish I could find a wireless pocket keyboard comparable to
the ones found on devices such as the Franklin speller my dad used to help
him with crosswords or the talking electronic dictionary the dorms at the
school for the blind I attended had for student use. Something small enough
to fit in one's pocket, yet with large enough buttons and enough button
spacing/relief to making touch typing with one's thumbs or a single index
finger viable... and I find it disturbing that this easier to find on
devices from the 80s and 90s than on ones from the 10s and 20s.
And while I have to admit that the perkins layout might be the ultimate
chorded keyboard, I must confess that I've never been a fast typist on that
layout and am 15+ years out of practice.
