A trivia quiz: in what way was Graflex and the Wright brothers similar?

You got it. The Wright brothers sold and made bicycles during the bicycle craze and used the business to finance their experiments with aircraft. Graflex began as Folmer & Schwing. Initially they made gas lighting fixtures. The bicycle craze began about the time New York city began to be electrified so they move into selling and making bicycles. Light weight cameras became popular for bicycle touring, in fact they were called cycle cameras, so F&S began selling them and eventually making their own. When the bicycle craze settled down F&S decided to drop them and continued in the camera business. Eventually they were bought out by George Eastman and moved to Rochester where they stayed after Kodak was forced to divest them. Sometime about the end of WW-2 the name was changed to Graflex Corp. So, get out your Folmer & Schwing or Wright brothers bicycles.
   Here is your handclasp )X(
