One question I have, how do you quickly change between the wet side and dry side again and taking the gloves off in a way that they can be put on again without getting wet hands?

I wear gloves on both hands and simply leave them on for the entire printing session. I rinse and dry them rather than taking them on and off repeatedly. They are much easier to dry than skin and I don't find it to be a big deal. I never have problems with contamination when handling fresh paper. Another advantage is that I also print with Azo which is more fragile than double weight enlarging paper and tongs don't work-they cause creases.
