hello folks,I don't understand why so many have so much trouble with the support crew at FS, I have gotten a direct reply 9 out of 10 times that I have written them, I may have not liked the answer I got, of course they probably haven't liked some of my responses to those replies, *B E G*
but I believe I got ignored only like twice, a good many years apart, and never got ignored twice in a row on the same issue.
and as is obvious by my Email address I am not a government agency! just a dude out here in sunny southern Cal.
all you need do is make sure your information is clearly and logically noted, and make it clear by your wording that your not inclined to take being brushed off lightly.
I will say that I use the old adage that "the squeaky gear gets the oil" so when I squeak, I do so loudly and noxiously and make sure its clear that was the polite version
I will try to apply tact, as I learned the definition of it, the first round with folks like this. oh, by the way, the definition of tact that I was taught is: "the ability to tell someone where to go!, and have them look forward to the trip with great expectations"
