The inbox you want to fill is support@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and provide
them with your jaws serial number in the body of the message. Please do
all jaws users a favor and try the following before you write though
because you may have another bug to report. I know this happens with
jaws 10 on the version D.O.D. is using and we don't have an option to
get the latest update since it'll be considered unauthorized software on
the network. In Microsoft outlook, in Office2007 if you delete an email
message and then go into tools and recover deleted items and find the
message you want to recover and select that message by hitting space
when on it, it isn't possible to get to the recover messages button or
the purge messages button with the applications cursor or the jaws
cursor. The only way I found those was by looking with the invisible
cursor and I didn't route the applications cursor to that and manage to
actually recover a message. I'm curious to know if identical behavior
happens with freedomscientific's latest version. I know this behavior
did not happen with jaws 8.x since I recovered deleted messages with
Microsoft outlook under Office2003 without any kind of incident.

Hi Tyler,

Do you also have the latest update in case that may help? The first
thing they're going to tell you is to get that.

    Hello,

I was curious where to report jaws issues with jaws 11? Voc Rehab just
got me a copy, and besides being rather disgruntled that they changed
some key combinations, I've got a lot of other issues that I'd love to
fill their inbox for. I think the list is getting pretty long within the
first 20 minutes or so.
