Re: jaws issues:where to report?

I totally believe the bit about a .gov .mil or .us address getting
attention from FS.  EDU?  Maybe.  Some colleges buy volume licenses
and network licenses after all.  But, man, I would not be surprised if
.gov and .mil addresses triggered a script on their website that
automatically rerouted them to a dedicated team of FS personnel that
had all sorts of pull in the company.  Having said that, I'm still
surprised Jaws does not fully support Open Office.  Open Office was
allegedly adopted by the state of MA and their departments and the
like.  I imagine someone over there has run into problems with Jaws
and OO at work.  Unless, of course, they don't have any blind staff
members at present.  Maybe the way to get stuff done there is to get
someone from your state commission for the blind e-mail it in for you.
 Can't see that happening for mush/mud issues though.
