The "all users" directory has been replaced by "programme data". So, anywhere where files belonging to all users would be stored under XP should be stored under the c:\program data directory. I discovered this by accident yesterday when I browsed my file system and realized what the program data folder is used for. I have seen it, but wasn't sure what files go in there until yesterday.
