Yaa, who knows. It's a complicated system no matter what you do. For
the record, I was referring to Baddeley as well, which basically says,
grossly generalized, that you get about 2 seconds of speech based
audio in working memory. Of course, even with that though, the fact
that it's language makes it very complex. Paul Whitney's book on the
psychology of language talks about it quite a bit.
