Clint, did you see the list for the top 10 spam networks?

Number 9, colo, was taken down as mentioned in the Washington Post 
article. But at #5 is microsoft.com

Now tthe reason you have such high numbers outside the USA is that these 
are relays for spammers. There is an isp near me with completely useless 
security, it was so bad that it's clients were sometimes blocked by 
other hosts, at one time I could ftp to the root of the web server and 
into their network completely be accident. It's lame security like this 
that enables so many relays to exist.
