No but I just now looked at it, also interesting. #1 doesn't surprise me (a Chi*na network), nor does 4, 7 & 10 as I was getting tons from them (I blocked them a long time ago), but some of the rest do. I never even heard of some of them. http://www.spamhaus.org/statistics/networks.lasso . That's good to hear about Colo. This is hilarious, it's like an FBI most wanted list. http://www.spamhaus.org/statistics/spammers.lasso #2 should be shot. -Clint God Bless Clint Hamilton, Owner http://www.OrpheusComputing.com http://www.ComputersCustomBuilt.com ----- Original Message ----- From: "Peter Kaulback" Clint, did you see the list for the top 10 spam networks? Number 9, colo, was taken down as mentioned in the Washington Post article. But at #5 is microsoft.com Now tthe reason you have such high numbers outside the USA is that these are relays for spammers. There is an isp near me with completely useless security, it was so bad that it's clients were sometimes blocked by other hosts, at one time I could ftp to the root of the web server and into their network completely be accident. It's lame security like this that enables so many relays to exist.
