So bottom line, where is it best to start (not that I'll ever be able to do
it)? I've seen you guys mention three programs; which one might be best for
my purpose?

Back Street Browser ... http://www.spadixbd.com/backstreet/

HTTracker ... http://www.httrack.com/page/2/en/index.html

FileZilla ... http://filezilla-project.org/

The site is more than I thought I'd ever accomplish; as I said, it was only
a idea to learn something about what makes a webpage.
http://www.geocities.com/buddychai/Navigator.html ... Maybe I'll just take
the best from it and keep that on the internet. --- Harold

...........Original Problem......

Geocities will be shutting down their webspace providership; how does one
transfer a website from GeoCities to another provider?
