FWIW, those pages are back up now.

Going from memory, I believe the "options" they gave as to the 
problem was "maintenance", and I think something about "server 
unavailable".  I bet they blocked your access due to too many 
requests from that program.

Did a Google search on the error message.  FWIW one response
was:

It means that your server is getting more traffic than it can
handle.
