Well, now I have to take all this back. My modem is messed up once again!

It had fixed itself but started doing the same thing it did before, it
changed to COM 4 and the one listed not present was highlighted, this time I
uninstalled both of them.. Rebooted and the computer looked like it picked
up another modem totally different than my GTW 92 one and I still could not
connect..so I uninstalled that one.

I cant find any CD specifically for my modem but I do have my restore disk
and a VPR Matrix Device Drivers disk, but im not sure what to do with hit.
I did look at the files on it and saw GTW 92 info listed and read..but for
installation it was saying to install the driver CD, I looked everywhere
dont find one aNd dont recall having one before.

any suggestions?

Another thing is that I cannot get ANY restore points that will let me go
back to those dates. I dont understand that at all, it is very frustrating
to me
