I have heard ONE complaint that AOL is now zipping INbound files. If the person receiving your files does not have a zip program that might explain the problem. But, it seems to me, that if an ISP was going to start zipping inbound files they would at least include a zip program with their software. But I forget... This is AOL. Tell your recipient to complain loud and long and frequently to AOL tech support and customer service. Don Do YOU want a gmail account invitation?
