1) Installing a fresh copy of Thunderbird does nothing for connection
problems, only if TB doesn't start or has a GUI problem. The settings
are in the profile, which is not affected by reinstalling.
2) + 3) Re-Na had no problems at home, so it's no problem with her
computer or her normal TB settings. It's caused by the new wireless
connection, which probably doesn't let her send using her own SMTP
server. Her ISP techs may be able to help, but a better bet are the
techs at the ISP she's using right now, Cox.
