Unfair! If they allowed that here, I'll bet you any supposed problem
with 8-VSB reception would soon be solved.

When Manhattan Cable (now Time Warner Cable of NYC) began scrambling
their basic porn channel, the programmers had to advertise for many
years asking viewers with any problems to contact them.
