Already covered this, Craig. Many times. The so-called neutrality "principles," 
as far as the public Internet is concerned, evolved thanks ONLY to Title II 
telephone links, available to everyone. And used by very competitive ISPs. So 
instead of going back to square 1, can you start from this?

There was never anything chiseled in stone that required the public Internet to 
provide a neutral pipe. You are simply taking for granted something that 
happened thanks only to a set of fortuitous circumstances, which NO LONGER 
EXIST.

We no longer have multiple competitive ISPs available to everyone. And worse, 
with broadband, the Internet has become a competing medium for TV, creating a 
direct conflict of interest for today's broadband providers.

No use attempting to drown out the debate with verbose and generic 
anti-regulation rhetoric.
