The public Glenn understands all the issues and knows how to say all
the right things.
The board room Glenn is focused on protecting the ATSC intellectual
property (actually the patents of the companies that own the IP in
the ATSC standard, including any stake he may have from the
contributions made by Sarnoff and its sponsors in the Grand Alliance.
To this you can now add the corporate interests of NBC Universal.
Bottom line, nothing has changed. Its just a game of musical chairs
among the major interests with IP in the ATSC standard.
