We need to try to find the problem with Slovenian symbols.dic, and then we
should be ready for
releasing.
2012.3.1 is only for fixing translation problems with 2012.3 so we can not
include Aragonese,
because Aragonese is a new language.
but it will be available in main snapshots and will be available from 2013.1
release.
