If you have the files in a pal format you should be able to burn them in Pal in iDVD unless it is regionalized. I do not believe that it is, but I also don't use iDVD. Let me know if you can't get it to work as I can output a pal DVD pretty quickly in DVDSP and may be able to offer assistance.
