Oh, must've missed that post. However, what I really meant was that
it may buzz at the start, while the computer is cold and fans spin
slowly, evn though the fans are new.

Make any sense? No, not really, but I've seen (or rather heard...)
this. May have to do with some imbalance or something until the fan
revs up and gets into the "real spinning mode" and the rpm that it
was designed to spin at most of the time. Any other rpm, and it
will run at an unoptimimised speed and balance-factor. Or
something.
